Description: Regulation 50(b) of The Victims’ Payments Regulations 2020 requires the Victims’ Payments Board to make arrangements for the facilitation of access to advice on the financial management of payments for a person entitled to payments under the TPDPS. The Client therefore wishes to engage a contractor to provide independent advice/guidance on the financial management of payments to those individuals entitled to payments under the Scheme where the individuals concerned wish to avail of that advice. The advice/guidance will be free at the point of access and within the terms of this tender relate solely to payments made under the TPDPS. Any advice/guidance will be a matter between the Contractor and the individual/applicant; the DoJ or the Client will not be responsible for any advice provided. Any advice/guidance an applicant might wish to seek in relation to submitting an application to the TPDPS is not covered within the scope of this tender.
