LHC is currently in the pre-planning phase for the procurement of a Consultancy Services framework that will be procured on behalf of: LHC, Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC), South-West Procurement Alliance (SWPA), Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA) The framework will amalgamate the current Housing (H1-WS1), Energy Efficiency (N8-C) and Fire Safety (FS1-C) consultancy offerings into one framework. It is anticipated the scope will include: Fire Consultants & Fire Risk Assessors Energy Efficiency Architectural services Project management Planning consultants Principal designer Civil and structural engineering Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing services Clerk of works Building surveyor Quantity Surveyors Employers agent Health and safety Environmental consultants Construction Management Digital Coordinator Retrofit Coordinators Multidisciplinary Team and Ancillary services The above represents LHC’s initial thoughts but will be refined following market consultation and therefore may not represent the workstreams/lot structure in the final tender issued. The framework will cover the geographical areas of North and Central England, London and South East England, the South West of England, Scotland and Wales. LHC will be delivering market engagement webinars for interested organisation to introduce our initial plans for the new framework in the Spring whereby we will seek to gain feedback from the market on the proposed framework before finalising the framework scope and structure and issuing the tender in June 2022. The dates will be provided at a later date but LHC would like to invite interested parties to register their interest at this early stage.
