A notification of intent had been issued by NCI Agency for an industry day on ACPV.
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is holding an industry day to communicate:
critical information about Asset, Configuration, Patching and Vulnerability (ACPV)
envisaged procurement approach
While participation in the industry day is voluntary, industry partners are encouraged to attend.
Innovative ideas suggestions and methods discussed during the conference could be incorporated into a performance specification and contract structure of the solicitation for the ACPV.
The NCI Agency plans to issue a solicitation package using an agile process. The successful offer, pursuant to the solicitation package following this NOi, will be a solution that offers the best value in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation.
If you would like to attend the day you will need to obtain a declaration of eligibility.
A declaration of eligibility is obtained from a country’s national authority (e.g Department for international Trade).
The national authority must inform the NCI Agency by 24 June 2022 who is participating.
ln addition the certification of the firm’s security clearances will be required.
If successful, you will be required to:
handle and store classified information up to the level of NATO secret.
have personnel that can work unescorted in Class 11 Security areas
Only firms maintaining such cleared facilities and the appropriate personnel clearances will be able to perform the resulting contract.
