The current contract for Transmission apparatus for radiotelephony, radiotelegraphy, radio broadcasting and television in Dublin is projected to end on 16/1/2018 and may be available for re-tender.The current contract for Transmission apparatus for radiotelephony, radiotelegraphy, radio broadcasting and television in Dublin included personal role radios for the day to day use of its personnel in military operational environments. The Defence Forces currently use Selex ES Personal Role Radios(PRR) and require a new contract for PRRs or a similar radio system which is completely compatible and interoperable with the our current system.
