4. Description: The Chinook Capability Sustainment Programme (CSP) is delivering a vertical heavy-lift capability comprising 14 Chinook H 47 Extended Range (ER) helicopters and associated spares, procured through a Foreign Military Sale (FMS) with the United States Government.
Aircraft spares will be delivered to Royal Air Force (RAF) Odiham. The Authority intends to establish a Customs Warehouse solution at RAF Odiham to enable the receipt, storage, and management of this initial spares holding.
The Authority, through a Request for Information (RFI), is seeking to understand industry capabilities and potential solutions to support the establishment and operation of a compliant, efficient, and integrated Customs Warehouse framework for Chinook H47 (ER) initial spares. The information gathered from the RFI will be support business planning purposes only.
