Description: The Awarding Authority require installation of an air to water Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) system at specified location, including a Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) radiator system for space heating. The existing heating system will need to be removed prior to installation. A site survey may need to be carried out prior to installation to carry out a risk assessment. Proposed scope of works: – Decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing heating system and hot water plant. – Installation of new (Mitsubishi) ASHP. – Installation of new domestic hot water cylinder and plant. – Installation of new LTHW radiators and pipework system. – Associated electrical works. – Testing and commissioning of ASHP system – Renewable Heat Incentive implementation. – Builders Works / Redecoration to affected surfaces. – Operation and maintenance manuals. – Minimum 1 year parts and labour guarantee and additional 4 years maintenance plan for installed system.
