The current contract for Radar surveillance equipment – Framework Lead is projected to end on 16-MAR-19 and may be available for retender. Man-portable surviellance and target acquisition radar (MSTAR) MKIV obsolescence replacement programme.
Radar surveillance equipment. Artillery Systems Project Team requires an obsolescence update of the UK MSTAR MKIV Ground Surveillance RADAR equipment including future support arrangement. Sufficient technical knowledge, skills and facilities will be needed in order to provide the required equipment support. The contractor will be required to maintain all technical publications, plans, safety cases and technical support as and when required by the Authority.
