1.1. This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) has been issued by West Yorkshire Combined Authority on behalf of West Yorkshire Police (“the CA”) for the provision of Voluntary Satellite Tagging Systems. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Competitive Flexible Procedure, in line with the Procurement Act 2023 (“the Act”).The following Forces currently have a requirement for this service:-
• West Yorkshire Police
• South Yorkshire
• North Yorkshire Police
• Humberside police
• Cleveland Police
1The requirement will be tendered as a whole for Goods, servicing and support and will be awarded to 1 supplier.
The intention is to award any resulting contract for a period of 4 years with extension options of 2 periods of 12 months.
