The following are pertinent to this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise:
An understanding of what the City of London Corporation (“the City”) is aiming to deliver.
Capability to comply with the City’s requirements.
Participation in the PME will be at each organisations own cost. No expense in responding to this PME will be reimbursed by the City.
The awarding authority is constructing Salisbury Square Development. This will be a campus consisting of a court building, a police headquarters, a commercial building and a listed building. Post-Practical Completion, CoL will fit out the police headquarters to enable the building to be occupied. CoL are engaging with the market to understand more about the procurement options, to gauge high-level costs for budgetary purposes and to better understand the current market.

Lot 3 – Audio Visual installation and commissioning
