The provider will need to be able to provide SIA badge holders and stewards for a multitude of events across multiple even spaces within the Winter Gardens. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 1+1 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
