4. Description: The Awarding Authority is a Trust Port operating in the Specified Location, employing approximately 200 staff across a range of manual and non-manual roles.
The Awarding Authority are currently exploring options for the provision of Occupational Health Services across the Specified Location, including a dedicated Occupational Health facility at Specified Location.
This notice is issued as part of a pre-market engagement exercise to better understand supplier capability and interest. It is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment to procure.
We are particularly interested in suppliers who can deliver services such as:
Pre-employment screening (manual and non-manual roles)
Management and sickness absence referrals
Health surveillance and medicals (including executive-level, shift worker, and “Know Your Numbers” style assessments)
Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) medicals (ML5 and ENG1)
Drug & alcohol testing (random and cause-based)
General health and wellbeing initiatives
Suppliers who are interested are invited to participate in a short survey to help inform our future procurement strategy.
