The major work elements are listed below; (refer to Price List for all works) – Representative asbestos survey and report prior to any construction or demolition works commencing – External site works including repairs and renewal of roads, paving, and fencing. – Fire compartmentation and firestopping works – Replacement suspended ceiling grid systems in communal areas – Replacement directional and fire safety/evacuation signage throughout – Replacement of internal communal doors and glazed screens with new certified fire rated timber door sets and screens – Replacement flat entrance doors – Electrical upgrades including new communal/emergency lighting, new fire detection systems, new consumer units and warden call systems – Plumbing and water pressure improvement works ALL RESIDENTS ARE TO REMAIN IN OCCUPATION THROUGHOUT THE WORKS
