Defence Online partnered with the workforce management experts at Guidant Global to chart emerging employment trends within the UK defence sector and identify how the industry can ensure its place on the international stage.

In July 2023, the Ministry of Defence unexpectedly published a refreshed Defence Command Paper which, amongst other points, acknowledged the importance of personnel in the defence sector, and that more must be done to recruit and retain the defence workforce of the future.
