4. Description: The Awarding Authority would like to invite submissions to tender for our employee assistance programme (EAP). We require an external partner to provide a holistic support package to our workforce, volunteers and their families. The service will be available 24/7 via telephone and cater for a range of personal and professional difficulties. We require a range of services to report on outcomes and set key performance indicators to ensure that a quality service is maintained. WAST has an existing employee assistance programme provider. An implementation process is required from applicants.

Welsh Ambulance Services Trust recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Trust into English before consideration. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.
The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% quality and 30% cost as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 12/01/2024 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
