This Prior Information Notice is being published by Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the supply and delivery of fitness equipment including service and maintenance within the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS). PaLS request that interested suppliers complete the market questionnaire and relating Appendix 1 and 2 attached to this PIN, an explanatory document is also attached to assist you. Any submission received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the Contracting Authority, All correspondence in relation to this market engagement exercise will be communicated via the secure eTendersNI messaging portal. Suppliers will be required to return answers to the questionnaire and relating Appendix 1 and 2 and any comments no later than 15.00 on Wednesday 10th January 2024. All information provided in this exercise will be treated in confidence, non participation in this market engagement process does not preclude any suppliers from participating in the procurement tendering process.
