4. Description: The Awarding Authority has a requirement to provide a Commercial off-the-shelf, online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) delivery platform for Defence Primary Healthcare Dental (DPHC) personnel.
The Tenderer is to provide a hosted digital technology delivery platform that will support up to 700 online accounts in accordance with the Key User Requirements in the Statement of Requirement.
The Platform shall comply with General Dental Council (GDC’s) enhanced CPD requirements (Plan, Do Reflect, Record) and tailored training to the individual’s learning plan offering over 10, 000 courses.
The Tenderer shall provide online training support for new staff and refresher training. Training support to be in the form of a training video (updated every year or earlier if required to comply with software updates), which is accessible via the web- based service.
