4. Description: The Awarding Authority wish to contract a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced building Contractor to undertake renovations and refurbishment of the specified location.
The work is to include the clearance of existing services and fittings and the fitting of new services. The scope of the project will also include some external works.
In summary, the work comprises:

Asbestos management
Renovating ground shop floor into cafe, kitchen and meeting space
Replacement of toilets and sinks
Flooring, tiling and wall covering as well as plastering and painting
Upgrading of electrical small power, lighting, fire alarm and heating systems
Redecoration of rooms across 4 floors (including the basement)
