4. Description: We are looking expressions of interest for CONSTRUCTION LINE GOLD contractors for a project in Wiltshire. The scope of works will include some or all of the following to a minimum of 15 houses but this may increase to 30.
Removal of existing oil tanks and heating system and replace with new air source heating system.
Replacement of doors and windows
Replacement of selected kitchens and bathrooms
Installation of cavity wall insulation
Replacement of CCU’s
Replacement floor coverings
Full internal redecoration
All works will be carried out within void properties.
Work of a similar nature may be awarded based on rates submitted for this tender.
