An airport operator is looking for a consultant to develop a streetscape for Skycity, their integrated commercial development.
The objectives of the Skycity are to:
attract pedestrian to the south of Skycity
enhance pedestrian environment and experience
create a sense of place to strengthen the Skycity brand
Services required include:
existing condition analysis and utility survey
conceptual design
schematic design
The airport operator invites expressions of interest from organisations with proven experience and the capability to provide the services. Apart from demonstration of previous experience and capability in undertaking projects of similar nature and complexity, suitable applicants shall be with engineering professionals registered in Hong Kong. This would include Registered Landscape Architect (RLA), Authorized Person (AP) and Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) to ensure its design complies with the statutory and government requirements.
