Supply general purpose non-CIS capabilities.
The chosen contractor shall provide equipment – vehicles, trailers, forklifts and camouflage, concealment and deception (CCD) sets, shelters and power generating sets (PGS), for logistics support operations performed by NATO CIS (Communications and Information System) units dispersed over 13 NATO countries in Europe. The equipment shall be designed for multi-modal transport including transport by military fixed wing aircrafts.
Combined with elements not included in this summary description, this equipment will be used by military forces for a large spectrum of missions that may occur over a wide range of geographic environments and climatic conditions. When not deployed on a mission, this equipment will be operated and maintained outdoors and indoors in military barracks as well as used in support of NATO exercises.
Partial offers will be accepted for IFB1 (Lots 1, 2 and 3). IFB2 and IFB3 will be released separately with no partial offers allowed.
Security Level: NATO UNCLASSIFIED
NSPA intends to issue the ICB Package to interested firms at a date yet to be determined, but not before .

The bids to be received in response to the NSPA ICB mentioned above will be valid for a period of no less than 180 calendar days from the bid closing date.
The envisioned bidding method is International Competitive Bidding (ICB) set out under AC/4-D/2261 (1996).
The information to be provided to the bidders will be up to NATO UNCLASSIFIED.
Overall estimated value for these contracts: €46.000.000,00 excluding options.
