This is an open pre-selection of candidates which is advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union. Following the pre-selection, selected candidates will be chosen and invited to participate in a restricted tender procedure.

Garðabær issues an invitation to participate in a pre-selection for a restricted tender procedure for services in relation to allocation of plots and sale of construction rights in Vetrarmýri, in the land of Vífilsstaðir, Garðabær, Iceland. The land use plan of the area assumes a mixed urban area consisting of 664 residential units and approximately 360 000 m2 of commercial property. The requested services comprise advisory services to the tenderer in relation to the allocation of plots and sale of construction rights as well as related services in that field, such as valuation, sales presentations, marketing, receipt of offers, preparation of documents, and communication with potential plotholders and buyers of construction rights.

It will be required that those selected for participation in the restricted tender procedure have previously undertaken similar projects of a certain minimum scope in recent years, as further described in the pre-selection documents.
