Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity:: Lot 1 for PPE, Lot 2 work wear, lot 3 laundry services, Lot 4 which is lots 1 and 2 combined. Lots 1,2 and 4 will include delivery and returns services. Lot 3 will include collections and delivery back to site. For lots 1, 2, and 4 we will take a minimum of 5 suppliers through to the second stage which will be the request for proposal. For lot 3 we will take a minimum of 2 suppliers through to the second stage which will be the request for proposal. We reserve the right to drop suppliers from the shortlist who do not achieve a minimum score of 80 % or who fail to positively answer our gateway questions.
