Two new keynote speakers have been announced for Defence Procurement, Research, Technology & Exportability (DPRTE) 2019, which will take place for the first time at Birmingham’s NEC on 28 March next year.

Professor Trevor Taylor, Professorial Research Fellow in Defence Management, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), and Tracy Buckingham, Head of Operations and Security Exports, DSO, will deliver keynote addresses alongside Stuart Andrew MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary (MoD); Jim Carter, Commercial Director, Supply Chain, MoD; and Ant Middleton, best known for his role as Chief Instructor on hit show, ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’.

DPRTE is the UK’s premier event for procurement and supply chain in the defence and security sectors. The annual event, which is now six year old, brings together government departments and agencies, trade associations and businesses of all sizes whose products and services could be relevant to the whole spectrum of the defence and security sectors.
