4. Description: Certification services. System quality assurance assessment and review services. The Defence Munitions Commercial Team (hereafter referred to as ‘the Authority) has a potential future requirement for the provision of ISO 9001 (2015) certification services. The requirement is to certify Defence Munitions (DM), Defence Equipment Sales Authority (DESA), and Cost Assurance and Analysis Service (CAAS) locations across the UK. The requirement is for an initial one (1) year Contract with Options to extend for up to three (3) additional years, starting from November 2018 (STC).

The Supplier must be accredited by UKAS against ISO/IEC 17021-1 conformity assessment to ensure that the certification of the quality management systems is compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

The cyber risk assessment level for this requirement is deemed ‘very low’ by the Supplier Cyber Protection Service.
