Leidos awarded US Army C4ISR Prototyping Operations contract

Leidos has been awarded a follow-on task order by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide mission support services to the US Army’s Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Prototyping Integration and Testing Division (PI&TD).

The single-award follow-on task order has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a total contract value of approximately $230 million.

CERDEC uses its unique set of core competencies to develop, integrate and deliver innovative technology solutions that inform and empower soldiers at all levels and help protect them from surprise attack.

Leidos will support CERDEC’s PI&TD by delivering equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials and other items and services necessary to perform Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems integration.

The company’s work will help PI&TD integrate C4ISR systems into military and aerospace equipment and weapons systems, as well as support evaluation exercises.
