The awarding authority wish to appoint one supplier to provide a diversion service for the Youth Offending Teams.
The successful tenderer must be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of engaging vulnerable children and young people in the Youth Justice System.
The successful organisation must be able to provide a management structure and staff that delivers a service which will form part of the Youth Offending Service’s overall Out of Court Disposal framework for young people aged 10-17 that are eligible for a Youth Restorative Disposal (YRD).
