The Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer, M&E Services Engineer, Landscape Architect, Interior Designer, Fire Engineer, Acoustician and BREEAM Adviser will be novated to the Contractor at the point of execution of the building contract. A Design and Access Statement produced by the Architect and design information comprising the GA site plan, floor plans and elevations are provided. Outline planning permission for the Northshore development (including the Northshore Gateway site) was granted in 2009 (08/36644/EIS).
