The Cheshire Homechoice Partnership (CHC) is procuring a contract for the supply and implementation of an Application, Allocations and Choice Based Lettings (CBL) Solution to enable effective management of the housing register and improve efficiency within the Partner’s allocations and new tenancies teams. The objective of the project is to improve the partner’s overall performance on void turnaround and the local authority’s assessment of applications through process efficiency improvements.
Cheshire Homechoice is a Choice Based Lettings partnership of:

Cheshire East Borough Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
