2.1 Title: CMAL0154 Gourock Ferry Terminal Linkspan Outer Lifting Dolphin Fender Mattress Repair and Fender Upg
2.2 Description of the goods or services required: Scope of WorkThe Contractor shall be responsible for all works detailed in Schedule 2 – Section 2 – Specification and as shown on the Tender Drawings, and in particular, but not limited to, the following principal items:- Establishment of Contractor’s working area(s) within restricted available areas;- Provision of barrier(s) to isolate the Works;• Protection of facilities for existing Gourock Ferry Terminal operations;- Compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and requirements, including all additional requirements of the Employer;- Repair of a damaged existing steel member by cutting away the damaged section and splicing and adding a new section of steel member.- Removal of existing damaged timber members and replacement with same.- Upgrade of existing timber fendering with UHMWPE fender units.- Demobilisation of Contractor’s working areas.- Provision and assistance with production of ‘As Constructed’ documentation & drawing mark-upsImportant Please refer to Schedule 2 – Section 2 Specification for further information regarding the scope of supply.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
