2.2 Description of the goods or services required: The Sub-Contract Works Package (SCWP) comprises the supply of supervision; labour, to carry out the provision of the O and M Manual for the 27 new Houses at Rosslyn Gardens, Kirkaldy (Ref WP06) all as described in the accompanying tender documents.Tenant handbooks are not included, (carried out in house)There are NO Sub-Contractor design elements.The SCWP will be awarded as a FIXED PRICE (for duration of the Main Contract works), LUMP SUM subcontract NOT re-measureable.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
