2.1 Title: Provision of External Audit, Annual Accounts Preparation and Corporate Tax Compliance Services
2.2 Description of the goods or services required: Tenders are invited for the provision of external audit, annual accounts preparation and corporation tax compliance services to Clyde Gateway URC (CGURC) and Clyde Gateway Developments Limited (CGDL). CGURC is a charity registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator. (Charity Number: SC039644). The successful tenderer will be appointed for an initial three year period commencing with financial year ending 31 March 2017 with an option, subject to performance evaluation and Members’ approval, to extend the appointment for a further two years (i.e. up to year ending 31 March 2021). 2.4 Total quantity or scope of tender: A single firm is sought to provide external audit services, annual accounts preparation from client trial balance and Corporation Tax compliance services for CGURC and its trading subsidiary CGDL, commencing with financial year ending 31 March 2017 for an initial period of three years.In order to facilitate handover in the first year of the appointment, the year end reporting timetable will be geared towards approval of audited financial statements for both companies by the Boards at the meeting scheduled for 28th August 2017. It is intended in the following years of the appointment to revert to presenting the financial statements to the Boards for approval at the end of June.
