II.2.4) Description of the procurement:
This tender is for the provision of services in relation to information regarding a range of markets in the energy sector and related climate change technologies and markets. It is intended to provide up to three years of service in the form of a number of users across at least five teams in the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Please note that this service is expected to cover energy and related climate sectors and markets only.
We anticipate that respondents would offer this service via access to their pre-existing online portal of information. This should include up to date financial, analytical, commercial and political assessments of relevant markets (including projections), projects, actors (including companies and countries), policy and regulations, technologies, international comparisons, rankings of performance and market and corporate information. Such reports and data should be downloadable in MS Office formats so that it can be interrogated and amended where necessary by the department.
