Cheltenham Borough Council currently commissions an Advice and Inclusion Service to deliver debt and benefits advice, financial inclusion services and housing rights advice. The existing contract expires on the 31.3.2017, giving the Council the opportunity to re-tender the service and to review the specification in light of the latest round of welfare reforms, and in particular the introduction and implementation of Universal Credit.
