Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
The Council is seeking an externally hosted, web based recruitment system with associated services; including options for Partner Organisations and the Council’s Traded Service within the geographical borders of Derbyshire and neighbouring counties.
The Solution is to be fully tested, implemented and live no later than 1.6.2017.
The Solution is required to:
1. Facilitate the advertising of different categories of vacancies as follows:
— Vacancies only accessible to those Individually At Risk employees;
— Ring-Fenced vacancies only accessible to eligible Group At Risk employees;
— Internal vacancies only accessible to Council employees; and
— External vacancies accessible to all.
2. Process On-Line and Off-Line Applications;
3. Integrate with the Council’s ERP System:
— Eliminating duplication of data input;
— Manage access for Internal and External Applicant registrations; and
— Allow the creation of a new payroll record.
4. Have Talent Pool functionality:
— Assisting with matching At Risk employees to suitable vacancies within the Council’s internal jobs market; and
— For workforce development.
