LOT 1. Specialised Hydraulic Equipment
This LOT contains equipment for which MacTaggart Scott are the Original Equipment Manufacturer. It includes a wide range of equipment fitted to HM Ship and Submarines. It includes Hydraulic Plants, Mast Raising Equipment, Vent Valves, Secondary Propulsion Systems, Mooring and Anchoring equipment fitted to the Submarines Flotilla. It also includes Aircraft Lift Equipment, Lifts and Davits, Hydraulic Plants, Mooring and Anchoring Equipment and Helicopter Handling Equipment fitted to the Surface Ship Flotilla.
LOT 2. Submarine First Level Equipment
This LOT exclusively holds equipment covered by the requirements of SSP25 which controls the manufacture, supply and repair of First Level Equipment fitted to the Submarine Flotilla. There is a range of consumable and permanent equipment from a number of OEMs. Any company bidding for this work will need to have a proven record of dealing with the complex requirements associated to the supply and repair of First Level in accordance with the requirements of SSP25
LOT 3. General Hydraulic Equipment
This is a varied LOT of equipment and includes a wide range of both consumable and permanent hydraulic equipment. It includes, valves, pumps, filters, motors for both surface ships and submarines. It includes an element of F905 equipment which is covered by the low magnetic requirements of the MCMV and SMRH vessels.
