II.1.4) Short Description: The Council is wishing to procure up to 195 units of low support dispersed accommodation (to include up to 30 for young parents) at locations spread across the city.
These contracts are to provide specialist low support accommodation for young people tailored to meet their individual needs as identified in their support plans. This support will include, but is not limited to:
— Access to education, training and employment;
— Understanding their rights and responsibilities as tenants and licensees;
— Building social networks, positive relationships and sharing accommodation;
— Finding appropriate settled accommodation;
— Managing money, accessing welfare benefits and reducing debt;
— Improving emotional and physical health and well-being;
— Recovery from addiction;
— Reducing offending behaviour and anti-social behaviour.

Lot 1 — 145 to 150 units of accommodation with a contract ceiling per unit of 2 820.51 GBP.
Bidders are permitted to tender for both lots however will if successful will only be awarded 1, If the number of units offered across the 2 lots is greater than 195, every unit from the cheapest bid will be purchased.
