II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Clwb Peldroed Penmachno Ltd requires the appointed contractor to re-grade the football pitch, a catchment drainage and surface establishment of the 1st XI Football pitch. A full document can be requested that sets out the standards requirement for the re-grade, catchment drainage, surface establishment and surface renovation. The 1st XV pitch size is 97m by 57m plus 2.25m surround. (5 880 m2).
Project Outline
1. 1st XI Football Pitch top soil strip sub-soil grade and top soil return with surface levelling.
2. 1st XI Football Pitch install a catchment drain, at the bottom of the bank on one sides of the pitch.
3. 1st XI Football Pitch will have surface establishment with sand top dressing, aeration, fertilised and over sown.
4. All waste to be remain on site.

Construct 2 Timber structures and 1 Poly-Tunnel:
1. Excavate and prepare ground slab sizes and concrete the same for 6mx4m for timber structure, 10mx4m for timber structure and 20mx6m for Poly-tunnel;
2. Fabricate and erect side and gable elevations to both timber structures including doors;
3. Felt, batten and slate roof with European slate to national park approval and fit gutters and down spouts on completion;
4. fabricate and erect Poly-Tunnel.
