Description: This is a Prior Information Notice regarding the upcoming procurement of a framework for Leicestershire County Council, Leicester City Council, Coventry City Council, Warwickshire County Council and Rutland County Council for the provision of residential rehabilitation services for adults with substance misuse needs throughout the country. Service Providers will be required to provide structured, evidence based, abstinence programmes according to assessed need including preparation towards social re-integration and living in the wider community. The intention of this notice is to invite Expressions of Interest for the upcoming procurement exercise which is anticipated to commence in April 2017.
