Description: The existing vehicle workshop is housed within a dual pitched portal framed steel shed with a central full height vehicle maintenance area with two storey offices, storage and toilet facilities to one end, and two storey storage areas to the other. The overall footprint of the building is approximately 27.25 x 13.20m, with a ridge height of 6.60m and an eaves height of 6.00m. The building is currently clad with faded mid-green trapezoidal profiled steel sheeting with full height galvanised steel folding doors being the principal feature of the south-east facing elevation: other less significant external elements include painted timber pedestrian doors and steel windows. It is proposed that the building be refurbished and extended over two storeys for the full length of the north-west facing elevation by a width of 7.45m and a height of 6.6m (the existing ridge height).
