The framework agreement will operate in conjunction with the framework agreement for supply and distribution of materials, procured by PP on behalf of the Re:allies partnership. Further details of EN’s requirements in this regard are contained within the contract documents. The framework agreement will be divided in to a number of different Lots that have been divided by value. The Lots are as described in this notice (Contractors should note that they will not be permitted to bid for both scheme sizes. For example, a contractor will not be able to bid for Lots 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 or 5 and 6).
