Office and computing machinery, equipment and supplies except furniture and software packages. Tactical Command, Control and Communication systems. Boeing are seeking contractors to construct a single facility to accommodate the Maritime Patrol Aircraft capability (design generated to RIBA 3), including:

3 bay aircraft hangar and apron in front of hangar
Training facility
Squadron accommodation (note, no living accommodation is provided within this build)
Engineering accommodation
Boeing offices
Mission planning facility
Car parking
Warehouse
Engineering workshops
Aircraft wash facility
Taxiway to Aircraft Servicing Platform from the hangar

Note that there are broader works to be conducted at RAF Lossiemouth within the MPA facility build period and the successful contractor will be required to work with other contractors on site to ensure coherence with these works.

Delivery To: RAF Lossiemouth, Scotland

Contract Form: NEC 3a Option A or C TBC.
Procurement route: 2 Stage Design and Build.
Team novation: It is anticipated that the existing design team will be mandated

Expression Of Information Requirements:

In respect of the Project identified, please include the following information with your Expression of Interest:

1. Due to the location of the projected works, there is a requirement to demonstrate recent experience of supplying cleared staff, experienced in working on sensitive sites.
2. Recent experience and record on comparable projects and in closely related fields as below, including photos.
a) Working on high-profile projects and delivering high-quality finishes, for buildings of a similar scale and complexity.
b) Experience of undertaking construction in close proximity to existing occupied buildings on a `live? operational site.
3. Relevant experience in dealing with Design and build procurement strategy including working on occupied sites.
4. Relevant experience in collaborative working and delivering projects as a Team.
5. The Company’s policies and records on staff training and health and safety matters, including all accidents and
6. HSE enforcement action in the last five years, together with a brief description of the action taken to prevent re-occurrence.
7. Details of current and anticipated workload and capacity.
8. Report and audited accounts for last 3 financial years.
9. Three project relevant references associated with Point 1 above. For each reference please identify, name, contact details, project description and your role, date and duration of contract and contract value.
10. Confirmation that neither the company nor (to the best of its knowledge) any of its past or present directors, officers or persons controlling it or acting as its agent have been charged with or convicted of any offence involving corruption, bribery, fraud, fraudulent trading, theft, money laundering or conspiracy.
11. Confirmation that there is no material litigation or other proceedings pending or threatened in relation to the conduct of the company?s business or arising out of any projects undertaken by the company that involves or may involve the company or which it is aware involves or may involve any member of its supply chain.
12. Confirmation that there have in the last 3 years been no known breaches of health and safety, CDM, environmental or other statutory regulations relating to its construction activities that have led or may lead to the prosecution of or an order against the company or any of its directors, officers or other employees.
13. Confirmation of the ability to manage the environmental performance of the supply chain.
14. Relevant proof that the company can help us reduce the impact of our operations on the environment.
15. How does the company monitor sustainable performance.
16. What improvements have you made to environmental performance over the last year and what are your priorities for the coming year.

EOI?s received in response to this advert will be evaluated and bidders will be down selected to the tender phase based upon responses to the above requirements.
