II.1) Scope of the procurement

This is an overarching contract for the provision of support within the service users home or within the community.
The intention is to have a series of lots within this contract. The first Lot to be added is Lot 1 Learning Disability and / or Autism Spectrum for complex and non-complex.
With further lots being added during the contract duration. All providers are welcome to apply to be on any additional lots as and when they become available.
The Council is unable to give an indication of when the additional lots may be available however, it is expected that they will operate in line with the duration of the overarching contract.
Details of the requirements and pricing of each lot will be included within the Specification for that service.
