4. Description: The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) manages the 2014-20 European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme for England. This programme includes European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as one of the funding streams to support a number of key growth priorities such as innovation, research and development and support for Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME) .
As part of this programme the Productivity and Capability Enhancement (PACE) project, which is part funded through ERDF and delivered by the iNet through Awarding Authority, will deliver a programme of support to Specified Location.
The project will assist SMEs to increase their capabilities, productivity and competitiveness and take calculated risks in implementing new products, processes and service improvements. Activities include SME revenue and capital grants and market access support.
The iNet is establishing a panel of suitably qualified Advisors to supply specialist consultancy to primary target beneficiaries who are SMEs in the priority sectors as noted above located within the Specified Location.
