Summary of Requirements / Description of Work: Software package and information systems. The MoD has a potential requirement to provide 24/7/365 support to project Skysiren, known in the US and to other nations as Integrated Broadcast Services (IBS), which is a network and Over The Air (OTA) in-service project to provide UK MoD with global and / or in theater Near Real Time Information (NRTI). Currently the Skysiren Network is received and managed at a primary site in Lincolnshire with further 11 satellite installations within the UK. The OTA capability is installed at various sites in the UK and overseas, on various platforms ands as operationally deployable kit.
Note: This is a re-tender exercise and the same requiremnet was previously advertised and tendered under IXD/0004.
