Reason for Award: The system is run on Siemen?s coding and only Siemens technical engineers can modify any programmes, as some of the design is bespoke. Owing to the high complex nature of the Incinerator system, it is necessary to have access to a reliable twenty-four hour helpline and the facility to dispatch an engineer immediately to the plant when required, which is a unique service offered by Siemens only.
