Our properties include blocks of flats and sheltered schemes with communal spaces, which are subject to a program of Fire Risk Assessments, identifying works required to ensure fire safety.
The Awarding Authority are seeking to identify a limited framework of service providers with the skills and experience to deliver the contract works
The Awarding Authority are seeking experienced contractors to:
Install fire doors to flats opening onto communal areas
Provide fire compartmentation between floors and in service ducts
Design and supply communal emergency lighting systems
Provide and fit new fire safe cupboards to communal storage areas and meter cupboards
Carry out repairs to any of the above as identified in fire risk assessments. Minor repair works will be batched as often as possible to gain an economy of scale.
