A UTC subsidiary has secured a $309m contract from the US Navy to provide propulsion system services in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter programme. Pratt & Whitney will supply hardware, training course materials and equipment for the F-35 aircraft of the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, non-DoD participants and foreign military customers.
