2.1 Title: Collation and Reporting solution for Community Benefits in Procurement, Open Innovation Challenge
2.2 Description of the goods or services required: City of Edinburgh Council and Glasgow City Council seek an individual or organisation to provide a solution for Community Benefits capture and reporting.Community Benefits are offered by suppliers during the tendering process for everything over £50k. All community benefits will add social economic or environmental benefits to the community and its citizens. Every public sector organisation in Scotland now has to report annually on their Community Benefits.Can you offer a solution to, but not limited to;-Capture what service areas need,-Publish those needs to tendering suppliers,-Capture both the awarded benefit and the realisation/delivery of every benefit?We are not looking for a spreadsheet based solution. Any solution would need to be accessible to both council staff and suppliers.
