A £1m housing scheme in Blackpool has been completed by Great Places Housing Group.The redevelopment of the former brownfield site on Milbourne Street comprises eight new two- and three-bedroom properties. It has been developed in partnership with Blackpool Council to meet affordable housing needs for local residents.The scheme received £192,000 of funding from the Homes and Communities Agency.Homes will be let through Great Places, with a weekly rent of £101 for a two-bedroom home and £111 for a three-bedroom home.The development was built by RP Tyson.
