The Royal Navy (RN) wants relentlessly positive, inspiring, agile and people-centred leaders who deliver. To support this aim, we are considering the introduction of a self-sufficient, work-based Leadership Development and Assessment Programme (LDAP). If introduced, the LDAP would help support our Whole Force including Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, Regulars, Reserves and RN-connected Civil Servants.
The Authority invites suppliers and market experts to submit an RFI to support us in investigating this market further.
